Do you know any "secret" music?

Music as a industry is kinda weird. Has a lot of instances for credits of composing, singing... For one example, The Beatles basically don't have any rights to their songs since ever. I mean, everyone knows that they're the real deal. What the fuck?!

Well, I was hearing some music from my college days, most precisely Just Be, by Ne-Yo. I also remember that Miguel sing this music, and maybe it's the original author, but I prefer Ne-Yo's voice. Whatever. So you can hear on YouTube or some site and stuff, but not from a official way. So where the hell is this single? Why isn't mentioned or sang in anywhere else? From both of those guys, this music is secret or something?! Was a weird deal between them?

Recently I came across another case, hearing at random this music:

Then out of nowhere it vanished from my library and for a while just didn't appear, until someday, also at random, this appeared:

For a while the old version didn't appear, but then came back, and it's another weird scenario.

So I asked myself how many of you guys happened something like this? A music that basically can't be heard by official ways or just changed

I don't really get it. The first track is on Spotify.

Not secret but I was disappointed that Apple music at least doesn't have this:

Just a bunch of shitty covers.

Many know this track in some form: Nightcrawlers - Push The Feeling On

It's been around for decades now, and many still don't know the words being said in the samples.

What most don't know is the original version, where the original vocals came from:

According to Wikipedia, the remixes were so successful that Nightcrawlers deleted the original from their catalogue. I've looked, and I can't find anywhere to buy/stream it. It's old CDs or nothing.

D Double E, a Grime MC, made this track. The detectives among you may be able to figure out the subject if you pay close attention:

As you might imagine, this underground guy did not get those samples cleared by Capcom. So before it was actually released all of those samples needed to be replaced. There was also a third verse added.

Secret music, like hearing this when you put your Diablo II CD into a music CD player?

This was the original version of Crossroad that was on the first release of East 1999, they made a remix called "Tha Crossroads" that blew up and they reissued the album in 96 with the remix instead. Unless you bought the album in 95 before the re-release you didn't really hear this song, the weird part is it's not even on Spotify. The song samples eternal champions but I don't think that's why it got the axe, they left "Eternal" on which also samples the game. I always felt the original was the better song, and a better fit for the album.

Not sure exactly what is meant by secret, but it made me think of this Billboard-topping country song:

I remember hearing this in a dentist's office waiting room and thinking I'd had a stroke because the Aerosmith version had been on the radio non-stop for months, and I couldn't understand why someone else was singing it.

I think this was also when I first learned that big names don't always write their own music. This one was written by Diane Warren. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diane_Warren

Diane Warren is a legend. So many hits but not so many people know who she is.

It's nuts how many hit songs she wrote both the music and lyrics for. We're talking career-defining hits for many different artists.
If someone managed 1/4 of her output it'd be an amazing career, and like you said, so many songs that people are famous because of. Looking through the list of songs it's amusing to see "Because you loved me" by Celine Dion next to "Bed of nails" by Alice Cooper.

Don't know how different the situation is in the UK but Orbital released a special EP there for The Box which had 4 tracks. Outside of this there was only The Box parts 1 & 2 on the album In Sides. However parts 3 & 4 are awesome, especially 3. They were never widely released so you have to import the EP if you can find one for a good chunk of change.

Oh, and who could forget this album which was exclusively a pack-in for the SNES Killer Instinct:
