So I had to post this because I'm curious to see who else might share this sentiment. My roommate is an Xbox360 owner but does not own a PS3 and has not seen much of the PS3 up close until we started to room together a few weeks ago. He's seen me play about 4 hours of MGS4 over the past two weeks and while he thinks its a cool game, he simply isn't impressed by the graphics at all. I asked him what he thought were the best looking games this generation so far and he said:

1. PGR4
2. Fight Night R3
3. Gears of War
4. VF5
5. DOA4

Fair enough I guess. But I asked him, "You don't think there are any PS3 games that should be on that list? He's seen me play GT5-Prologue in 1080p, MG4 in 1080p, R&C:FTOD in 720p and Warhawk in 720p recently. His answer was "No. Maybe when Killzone 2 comes out but not anything out right now!" I asked "So you're saying that every 360 game on your list looks better than any PS3 game? So basically DOA4 looks better than MGS4?" His answer was a simple "Yep."

Now this got me thinking. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course and I respect his opinion. But to say that PGR3 & PGR4 look better than GT5rologue and that FNR3 and DOA4 looks better than MGS4 are powerful statements! I personally don't think MGS4 is the best graphics ever like many people are proclaiming but DOA4 and FNR3? Could this just be a hidden case of 360 bias or are there others who share this belief?

sounds like a hidden case of bias, i'm one of the biggest DOA4 fans out there, and i wouldn't even say that! though i'd rank DOA4 above VF5 and FNR3 in graphics...
