The sad thing is that my first thought was "I wonder how shit this will be".
I used to love Dr. Who but after Matt Smith it just went downwards, sure Peter was a pretty good doctor but the storytelling in 90% of the eps were a dumpsterfire every fucking time or he was just mumbling so hard it was lost in translation.

It feels like anything but a Telltale type of game, or Disco Elysium, wouldn't do the game justice.

Exactly .. I have fond memories of watching every doctor ( got into it while Baker was still there ) and i made my split when Capaldi took over and they started all that Woke garbage. Haven't watched a single episode since they destroyed it so I can keep my good memories somewhat intact.

13th Doctor was to Doctor Who what Last Jedi / Rise of Skywalker was to Star Wars. Sadly with BBC going full woke, I don't think we will be getting a Who Mandalorian to save it.

I mean, the redemtion is so fucking easy.. Cast a good doctor and skip the woke shit and get some decent writing going, it doenst have to be perfect. Most seasons have shiteps and its fine when the good ones are so good.
That would get everyone back on the Who-train but BBC will probably cancel it when their numbers are in the shitter instead of actually fixing the problem.

I'm not sure how it could be a tps. The Doctor doesn't have any guns. Perhaps it'll be like those Sherlock Holmes games I guess.
