Does anyone actually use UT's in-game MP3 player?

I've tried it, but from what I remember it didn't work with some of the MP3s I ripped and I never figured out why. OGG always worked though.

I only use it when a 3rd party map comes up that doesn't have music. Generally a sign that the map will be horrible anyway.

When I use it in that situation, I generally pick a stock ut background music anyway.

Why do you need anything else? UT2K4 has one of the best game soundtracks ever made. I'm gonna have the Deck17 song play at my fucking wedding.

I also let the in-game soundtrack run...good stuff. Although, I suppose to be REALLY good, I should turn off the music and buy a 5.1 system for my bedroom as well so I can hear footsteps behind me.

On second thought...I don't care that much. Never mind.

I use to run it, but it doesn't play some mp3s and no wmas or other file types besides ogg. So I run a media player in the background. I usually load up my dieselboy cd mix files like the Dungeon Master's Guide or ProjectHuman.
