I'm not 100% sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but I think it's a symbol of homosexuality or something.

Ha, I could be way off - but my boss and a few of his "friends" all have one on their vehicles.

The symbol doesn't neccessarily mean you are homosexual, just that you are for human rights- specifically treating gays and lesbians as equals.
