If you want accurate dates all the time you're SOL, but if you just want game lists then retail/distribution's the best place to start.

Yeah,

your best bet is the ebgames.com / gamestop.com / amazon.com dates. Anything more than 6 months out is usually just a publishers guess.

Gamefaqs has a PAL/US/JP lists but they're usually out of date and incorrect. Although it's a decent guide.
