I'm not seeing any facial droop or non articulation. It looks like normal facial asymmetry. What are you seeing that says "stroke?"

I saw this video yesterday along with another picture from the same event that had me thinking stroke, but i was partly making a golf joke.



This is not what I'd call facial symetry, and you can see it in the video above before he starts talking as well:

In my armchair doctor sense making a golf/stroke joke..

That's some serious muscle weakness on one side of his face.

edit: Also could just be an occular migraine or any other condition causing facial drooping of course, but that wouldn't work as well when talking about a picture from his golf course

I personally think the picture I posted above that is worse that the video still.. the video just sort of confirmed it wasn't some one off brief snap of his face being like that, but that it is how his "resting face" looks.. his face is just totally different on the one side, everything sagging.. near the cheeks looks less "full".. deeper/lower creases on his face on one side.
