So I have to have the original Doom 3 to play this expansion version, or is this Doom 3+RoE for one price? I would rather have the latter, I haven't bought Doom 3 Xbox yet.

No, you don't have to have Doom 3 but the Doom 3 content is not included on the ROE disc. Same thing with the Clancy expansions.
