True. If this had Sparking Zero combat it would be an all time classic. Just flying around collecting the orbs is fun, and the cutscenes are well done. The combat stinks.
I never bought Kakarot due the combat being the least enjoyable thing out of it. I may bite it when they release everything and I can get the game + DLCs discounted as I'm a sucker for well told and animated DBZ story game.

Bandai Namco have learned that it's infinitely cheaper and more profitable to just release ongoing DLC that costs them a mere fraction of an entirely new project and then charge at least 20 bucks a pop (1/3 the cost of a new game) for said DLC.
It's the reason why Xenoverse 2 still doesn't have a sequel yet has been getting constant DLC updates for over 5 years and counting. They're making bank and spending much less in the process.
