dumb like a Dragon 8 question

in like a dragon 7 if you're discovered three times in a certain dungeon you had to restart the whole thing again.
does infinite wealth have anything like this?

All dungeons areas which are optional aside from their introduction missions are garbage in both like a dragon games. Just skip them, neither game forces you to grind them nor is the difficulty that high that you'd need them unless you're on ng+. in 7 its enough to finish the arena that goes up and you'll be good to go with the next boss that has a big level/skill gap.

I'm talking about the Alliance Headquarters dungeon which is a story dungeon in seven.
in that dungeon if you get discovered three times you have to go back to a checkpoint.
so what I was wondering was in infinite wealth is there a story dungeon that has that mechanic?

I dont remember anything similar in the main story, no. But this mission in 7 you're talking about is like very short and easy, why would you be worried about it?

I dont thnk I like the name "Like a Dragon".....Yakuza was more fine name.
It was lame and they only choose this name to cather to GTA fans who would think this was an GTA-like but with you being an yakuza. Turns out, you only play with a character being in the yakuza for an hour tops. It's not a game about being in Yakuza, Like a dragon is the coolest name.

The plot revolves around the Yakuza, I don't see why you can't call it that unless the protagonist is a member at all times.

Only dungeon that was genuinely pointless was the DLC one in infinite wealth. I kinda liked the other ones because it was the easiest way to max out the jobs.

But to answer your question OP, no there's nothing like that in infinite wealth.
