GC's December ~ US X360's HW LTD.

I know they're having bad yields, blah, blah, blah, but those are atrocious. So much lost opportunity.

And PS2 and GBA continue to reign supreme. Very impressive. Jeez, and the PS2 still has the price drop card. O_O

Those PS2 numbers are crazy.

I wonder what software was driving it - it probably, again, like last year in trying to find the PSlim, the lack of X360's on the shelf caused higher PS3 sales.

Kids gotta get SOMETHING for Christmas, ya know?

Gamecube making a comeback!

Exessive bundlin' for the win!

I'm thinking Party 7 and Strikers actually sold pretty well.

Hell, what else did 600k people buy?

GC was far higher than I previously estimated.

Well wasn't that based on Dean whateverhisnameis's numbers?

Which again conflict not only with DS but with GBA and GC numbers we have as well.

Sony ~2.62m
Microsoft ~0.70m

Handhelds sold almost 3.5 million this month. That's insane.

What was GBA+DS sales last December? The handheld sector has grown quite a bit I believe.

PS2 and GBA numbers are really crazy.

The GBA, DS and GC yearly numbers from Dean don't fit with the numbers we got here.

Btw. did we get Xbox HW numbers or did somebody just calculate them?

Peter Moore (on the December numbers): "This is a solid start. Especially, when you figure each company loses money on thier consoles they produce. MS has actually lost the least amount of money in December. That definitely is a good thing.

Yes it has - and there's an article at Next-gen about it, but I can't be arsed to find and post it.

Yes, selling fewer consoles will do that :)
