All burners do DVD-10, since its just double-sided; although you're still limited to 4.35GB side. Dual sided media are hard to find but are, in fact available.

EDIT: What I mean to get at is that no burner can work on both sides at once, but with dual sided media, there is nothing stopping you from burning one side and then the other by physically flipping the disc yourself.
