EA's FIFA Street 2 announced

The Street Franchise Continues Under the EA SPORTS BIG Brand

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 2005--Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS - News), the world's leading interactive software company, has announced FIFA Street 2 is in development under the EA SPORTS BIG(TM) brand and will be in stores next spring.

Humiliate your opponents with the new trick stick beat system, over the top juggling moves and all-new gamebreakers that allow you to win a game like never before. Beat the best in the world by traveling to new International locations ranging from the famous Westway Leisure Centre in London to the beautiful beachside of Brazil. Featuring all new authentic tricks, FIFA Street 2 provides new gameplay experiences by making over the top moves and skills even bigger in this fast paced sequel. No 360? Still I'm excited about this, the first was rushed but if this does for soccer what NBA Street did for Basketball I'll love it. If not I'll still have Mario Strikers which I hear nothing but good things about.
