Easy game related costume ideas for Halloween?

Every year, I always fuck up Halloween. My costume is always booty. Last year, I couldn't find all of the items for The Scout, so I ended up changing it to Mike from Street Fighter 2's intro. Odd transition, but it is what it is.

Now that Halloween is like a week away, I need ideas. Cheap, easy ass ideas. My last resort is Protoman, but buying the items from Amazon is like 50 bucks.

So, NeoGAF. Give me your best, your cheapest, your quickest ideas.

Wear a striped blue/purple shirt and blue jeans and you can be the undertale protag, or grab a baseball bat and now you can be an earthbound character.

Sonic the Hedgehog :)))

Grab a white blanket, wrap it around you strategically. Get some baby angel wings and flip flops. Pit from Kid Icarus.

EDIT: Oh another easy idea, if you have a tux, wear an eyepatch and bandanna to be Snake. Can wear/growna beard if you can.

Ness/Lucas are pretty easy if you like Earthbound. They're recognizable and relatively normal looking. My fiancé and myself did them once. You can make your own striped shirt super easy too if you buy a solid with one of the right colors. You can also buy a super cheap white hat for Ness and color it as needed if you don't wanna just buy one.

Walmart had a perfect 5 dollar wood-looking nerd bat that was half size too.

Cardboard box.

Go as the long piece in Tetris.

Spend most of the night making rare appearances at the party.

One of the assassins (from Assassin's Creed) probably. You can easily find costumes for it. Kind of lame and played out though, but eh.

Black marker+red marker+scissors+bed sheet= easy game related costume(Boo). Plus if you get to drunk too drive home you have a quick blanket you can pass out with. And you can go naked under it.

If you have access to camo fatigues then go as Snake.

If you have access to a cheap suit goes as an insurance agent from Konami selling FOB insurance.

posted this in the fallout goes gold thread... made this a few years ago for halloween...

Dickies work jumpsuit, yellow acrylic paint mixed with fabric medium (or silkscreen paint) number stencils (for the vault number) random belts, guns, weapons, elbow pads or knee pads, goggles... go the extra mile and make a pip-boy out of pvc pipe and foam board.

Tie the jumper suit to your car wheel, dump oil on it, light it on fire. (it took 2 weeks to get that thing beat up looking... dickies are hard to ruin on purpose to give it a worn look XD

You really should have quoted these images. Sweet ass costumes none-the-less though. Did you custom make those goggles or buy them?

bought the goggles but custom painted.

everything was custom painted to give a worn, rusted, eroded look. Making the suit look worn out was actually really hard lol... we literally dumped oil on it, tied it to our car wheels, lit em on fire, and power sanded them... dickies are indestructible!
