EGM is mainly purchased and read by Nintendo loving anus lickers, thats what I gather from that list then. I'm just as pumped about the next Zelda as the next guy, but I wouldn't put it so high on my list without seeing more than 24 seconds of it...and I don't like Metroid Prime that much, so no need to comment on that further. And Metal Gear Solid 3 is way too low, as is Kingdom Hearts II. And no Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door? That's just sad...that should be like #2.

Don't flame me, the anus lickers comment is a joke. Yet I'm sure there is some truth in there. I hate other people's opinions, they are ALWAYS WRONG! :P

The disconnect between that list and reality is staggering.

Isn't this the issue that unveils Halo 2's Campaign (Single Player)? Any news on that? Can you link to the original post?

I played it at E3. It was crap.

Buttons far too damn small to play the thing. It really struck me how much I took the N64 controller for granted. And it looked like shit.

P.S. I love all platforms equally, just in case you think I'm a Nintendo hater.
 
I'm sorry, but as soon as EGM posted a picture of that chubby girl wearing the Tony Hawk's Underground shirt and said her blog was the "blog of the month," they lost my subscription. When this next free one is over. Talk about shameless promotion. Talk about continuing to pigeonhole gamers as losers who are desperate for girls. You can insult G-Phoria or the Spike Video Game Awards all you want, but the root of the problem lies at home, goddamnit! Sad, so sad.

Well, if you follow Mark's link to the poll above, the question is, "Which of these games would you like to see covered more in EGM?"
 
If I were EGM I would randomly spike the ballots. I'd include titles such as "Final Fantasy VII-2 (PS2), Gran Turismo Live (Xbox), Final Fantasy VIII (GameCube), Mega Man X-DOESN'T SUCK-9 (PS2), and Halo 2 (GameCube)" and make it seem they were actual announced and in production games.

What's so horrifically horrible about this list? It's not my choice exactly, but nothing on the list screams "utter horse shit" except GTA.

Honestly, I didn't think the list was all that bad, either. In fact, I was kinda encouraged to see that there was a good mix of games from all the platforms. I guess people are upset about the overwhelming abundance of sequels.

You forgot to mention Legend of Zelda and Halo 2. With those three mentioned you'll be guaranteed atleast one insanely rabid lunatic to attack you personally.

It is a "decent" list. All the games mentioned certainly interest me.
