Emmys record low ratings

Who the fuck wants to see an awards ceremony wtf I don’t even want to see my kids ones at school
Shit. I don't want to even want to see my kids themselves, because I hate them. It's a good thing I do not have children though. I would not make a great parent. I would leave them on the bus, remember that I did, and hope that they have enough bus fare to their destiny. I would end up in jail for severe child neglect, abandonment, and my barbaric fights of the week. "My 6 month old vs. A very hungry and remorseless 24 ft pissed off anaconda."

But hey. At least my mean hearted views on children and willing to let my 6 month old fight a 24 foot anaconda with maximum hug strength are more tolerable than the Visual Gulag that is the Emmy's.

Makes sense its trending down.

These are 3 hours shows which are a slog.

If anyone is that interested in media industry awards shows they'll probably just surf the net and check social media to see who wins. You get the same results just as fast and don't have to plop your ass on the couch for 3 hours watching bad acts, commercials and shitty speeches like it's 1995.

Holy fuck that was racist as shit, and the way he forced Jimmy to keep yelling BLM thats what Antifa does on the streets. Really gross and disgusting.

Anyways from what I gleamed on twitter it seemed like the Emmys was just some SJW consolation prize for Black people. I

What the fuck...

How will the US get out of this? I mean, for real... it's unsustainable in the long run, some shit's gonna happen down the line, sooner or later, and it will be ugly.

I do enjoy the destruction of these Hollywoke shows that does nothing but stroking the ego and politics of the celebrities who barely see function like normal people as they live in a bubble that shields them from realities of life. I hope this continues to happen with Oscars and many other shows that decide to prioritize virtue signalling of celebrities with twisted sense of morality and hypocrisy.

I haven't watched an awards show in like 10 years. If something worthwhile happens it will become a shitty meme and I'll watch that 1 min clip though.

Imagine, if you will, the National Plumber's Awards from beautiful Rapid City, South Dakota. Over the course of three hours, you see best snaking, emergency sink trap, dishwasher, supporting snaker, and all in men's and women's categories. Instead of accepting their awards and thanking the good folks at R&H Brothers for years of support and keeping them employed, they rambled about racial injustice, sexism, LGBTQ rights, and the environment.

You'd ask yourself what the fuck these people are mumbling about and asking why a plumber is tackling social issues. That's a million miles away from their area of expertise. Then you'd realize that plumbers actually understand what life is like for real people that don't scoot around in private limos with hired security and wouldn't watch another bullshit Hollywood circle jerk ceremony again.

socially distanced live events are just not good, period. The energy and noise of the crowd is vital. SNL's live shows at the end of the season, for example, were horrendous. HORRENDOUS.

I think the real problem with award show viewership is that these actors are on the internet ALL THE TIME, so I can see the ones I want whenever I want.

I used to watch these shows just to see actors "out of character". It seemed glamorous. But now I can see them anytime if I wanted and if anything most of them reveal themselves to be looneys so the aura of hollywood is pretty tarnished.

Because nothing says fun like watching 3 hours of millionaires giving awards to each other as they take any chance they are given to virtue signal and remind us how woke they are

He sums it up pretty good at the end, "...who gives a fuck anyway?"

"I hope all of you critics learn from this. This is a teachable moment. Shut the fuck up forever."

Love Chappelle.

Who would have guessed that when people have real problems, they dont enjoy watching rich fuck faces tell them how to live while patting themselves on the back for doing such a good job playing make believe.
