Ever heard of "Phaseolamin" (Phase2) derived from white kidney beans?

It's supposed to allow up to 75% of starches past through the sigestive tract in while-molecule form and are eliminated from the body without being absorbed.

Phaseolamin (Phase2) is supposed to block amylase from doing its job. I'm very interested in this.

-Raycarver wants to loose a bit & he's excercising. It's hard to cut sugar, but this is one way--as monosacharides.

You looking for a laxative? ;)

Yeah, it's an enzyme in saliva. The pancreas also makes amylase. As far as the phaseolamin, sounds like its made from the phaseolus vulgaris plant or something similar to that. My memory's a little dodgy, but if it's the same thing I'm thinking of, I don't think it works as advertised.
