There's an extensive 6 minute preview from Qore Ep36 on the upcoming Old World Blues DLC including interview clips with Chris Avellone, Jason Bergman, Veronica Belmont, and Roger Cross. There's also a ton of footage from the DLC itself. I'll summarize the info from the preview for discussion.
Warning there will be marked spoilers below regarding the Dead Money DLC. If you have not played Dead Money yet you might not want to highlight.
- Old World Blues takes place in the Big Empty, a high tech facility area consisting of various labs and buildings. There is outdoor exploration as well as many indoor areas.
- The Big Empty is run by a group of scientists who are literally floating computers with 3 monitor screens. Their original brains are in jars somewhere, which they're trying to use the Courier to recover.
- The theme of the DLC is high-tech stuff, and that extends to all the weaponry and equipment you can find/make in the DLC. Everything looks advanced and energy based, even the big melee weapon. Veronica Belmont provides the voice for an advanced medical armor, which provides helpful voice tips and feedback if you have it on.
- Early in the DLC you will get a Sonic Emmitter pistol weapon, which apparently you can upgrade throughout the DLC to give it more functions and abilities. It's implied that using the facility you can also build/upgrade other cool weapons.
- The Big Empty has various talking appliances like a toaster, and other wacky shit. Avellone says the goal of this DLC is to explore the dark wacky humor of the Fallout universe. Veronica Belmont also voices the light switches found throughout the facility. Yes, you get to "turn her on". Lol.
- Veronica Belmont will also voice a story character in the DLC, and Roger Cross will voice Ulysses.
- Aside from Lobotomites, the enemies in OWB will also include robo-Scorpions, robo-dogs, and at one point you see a mini-Securitron for a split second.
Overall, this looks like possibly the most ambitious DLC yet for NV, and it looks really, really fun. Can't wait. Recently there's been a rumored 14th June release date rumored, but Jason Bergman shot that down on the official Fallout boards today. So we'll have to wait a bit longer.
Edit: Old World Blues will be out on PC/PS3/Xbox360 on 19th July 2011.

Belmont provides a new voice for Christine from Dead Money (her original voice?), who will reappear in this DLC. OWB is also where the Courier will encounter Ulysses for the first time, after being hinted at so strongly in Dead Money. Could this be part of a flashback? Or will there be sometime stranger going on...
