i thought the first 2 episodes sorta went heavy on the melodrama, & light on the dark humor, which's what i enjoy most about the fallout universe. haven't gone back since. will catch up eventually (once all the episodes are out)...

I am overall happy with the Fallout TV shows. Great cast, no wokeness, entertaining, and does a good job of showing the Fallout universe. The one critique is they should show more about how humanity got to this point. If one has not played the games, there is some unexplained elements to the show.

I find the show enternaining but very shallow. Just like Bethesda Fallouts really so it checks out.
It is striking with the treatment of the New Vegas setting and factions vs FNV.

More and more I realize how clever the owners of Bethesda were in selling the company to Microsoft.

That's because you haven't seen the series... everyone is a fool and an idiot.

Does Bethesda think Fallout is a comedy?

My first Fallout was New Vegas, I needed to play 3 and then 4 to realize how stupid Bethesda is.

With Fallout 3, all my goodwill towards the franchise ended... That's when I discovered the difference between who made New Vegas and 3-4; I understood and gave up on the franchise.

The series is the same thing, as time went on it got more and more idiotic, today almost all the characters are idiots.
