Advance Wars absolutely kills Risk as a strategy game. That games a fucking joke and either you're an idiot, a troll, or both.

Chess on the other hand...

Shame on you. Calling out Mr. Pie Chart.

I'm beginning to think that the DS just isn't suited for GAF.
Gee, you think? :lol

There's been more anti DS shit over the past week or two than I've EVER seen. I'm completely serious when I say this:

The hate is flowing within GAF.

Someone who has bought the Nintendo Dream magazine wrote comments on the article :

- Advance Wars DS won't be a remake.
- There's a Zelda Inteview :
- The next Zelda will have a strange atmosphere where your worst enemies could finally be your best friends, and your best friends could also turn to be your worst enemies.
- The Magazine ask Nintendo if Revolution could be a robot (LOL) ? The guy aswered "Maybe yes, maybe no", the gamers will feel like piloting a helicopter in the air or controling a U-boat under the sea.
What the hell...

"This Zelda will have a strange atmosphere or those one could think of the enemies will prove to be the invaluable one combine, and there will be also L opposes well on..." The second thing C is on the revolution has the question if the revolution could be a robot it answers: "yes can be not... in any case control will make it possible to feel feeling similar to piloting D a helicopter in the airs Can be or has under sailors under the sea" (no doubt which refers to Graviton thingummy) veiled coconut

Can someone confirm please ! Jonnyram or anyone :D

Gyration tech for the Revolution seems likely. Honestly I think a robot console would be great (ala Capcom's Tekki) with all sorts of different interfaces. I hope Nintendo does something wacky.

This seems to hint at possibly a dual handed gyro controller or a a lever/handle controller.

Anyways my DS is worth it alone for Advance Wars DS. If its online ... holy shit ... that's a game I'll be able to play for years.

True, obviously.

False.

Next to the pic of the monkey on the pedestal, holding the boomerang, there is the caption "Is this monkey friend or foe?" but besides that, I don't see anything like this.

Way off the mark on this one. In the Nintendo Q&A corner, a reader asks if Nintendo will make another robot, since it's 20 years since ROB was released. The response is that the guy at Nintendo dreams about that kind of thing, but nothing is confirmed. He says they could put some camera functionality in it and have that send pictures back to the DS wirelessly, and the DS could be used to control it. They could also do this for RC helicopters or something. While Nintendo is known for making games, they are interested in making anything that's fun for people, rather than tying themselves down to hardware or software. It's also worth bearing in mind that this year there is a world Expo in Aichi, which could be a decent place to unveil such a product if they are working on one.

Hope that answers your questions.

BTW, whoever is lurking on GAF and nicking these scans (and Slime Mori Mori 2) for Jeux France, at least have the decency to say thanks or something.

A DS controlled robot or toy helicopter would be awesome, although it could raise some privacy issues (little kid flies his helicopter to the window of a girl changing clothes and watches from his DS 300 feet away :lol )

I kinda wondered about that after seeing Robosapien last Christmas.

Why don't you just put a big watermark on the scans you do from now on that says THE GUYS AT JEUX FRANCE LIKE TO HAVE SEX WITH MONKEYS or something like that. I have a feeling that'll put an end to the thievery pretty quickly. :p
