Famitsu #867

Remember when they listed "Widescreen Mode" as one of the features on Princess Crown PSP? Funny how that turned out. :lol

Is that a re-release of Atelier Marie+Elie?
Never did see how those games look until now.

Hopefully someone (WD???) will release Princess Crown here.

i still think 'widescreen mode' means stretched out image, which isn't shown in the scans

What is with PSO and Xenogears' design work? "In the future...women will evolve away from the need of pants..."
I don't see anything wrong with that.

Ugh, what a cop out. You can really tell they aren't putting enough effort on the port/remake with half ass features like that.

You can see the zoom view on the second page... but it's still not 16:9, just the main part is stretched to fit vertically and the sides are filled in with a border. Gallery mode is full screen though.

Any requests?
thanks a lot Jonny :D

are those 2 DS games (Manga debut story and the Pachiko Slot) are printed in one page?
can you scan that? please scan the page if possible, thanks :)

Btw, is there a way to buy older version's of Famitsu? Like say I wanted to buy famitsu #009.

Also, is there a way to get a subscription to Famitsu?

Wow, that port of Princess Crown is completely unenhanced, and has frickin' borders? Geezus, they might as well have put it on the DS. Guess they didn't want to spend any money enhancing the art assets for the PSP's higher resolution.

You can get back issues on the Enterbrain website to some extent. But they aren't gonna go back anywhere near that much.

Not that I know of.

Considering the Saturn game is $100+ in Akiba, I don't mind a direct port. :)

The only time I saw it was for $210 in May. Sitting right next to Radient Silvergun at $150.

So yea, I don't mind a direct port for like $40 either. As long as at least the loading is optimized like Tales of Eternia.

True, and NI does share office space with Atlus, so it being from the same artist is possible, (I don't know the names of either of the artists, just guessing.)
