when will the legends of heroes story be truly over so I can play, there is certainly a risk they might stop developing new game in the series and not finishing the whole story.

Wow Japan likes Outlaws, 32/40. Looking at those scores, they've gone soft compared to the old days. 30+ scores weren't handed out like candy.

in line with previous game or little lower

so far it seem like other route aside from van will be interesting :messenger_tears_of_joy:

  • There's a lot of systems and on first glance it seems like it's a problem, however the help systems are quite numerous and useful
  • It's really exciting to see characters we're fond of in action again
  • Field Battles are much more fun and exhilarating because of new systems like Awakening, ZOC, etc.
  • The scenario involves key figures from the past and is exciting.
  • It's like a festival title where past protagonists fight together. There's a lot of aspects stuffed within aimed towards fans. So if you haven't played previous titles, you might be left in the dust.
  • They thought there might have been too many things added to the battle system.
  • There are a lot of systems that make the game easier to play and the UI is easy to use making it a smooth experience
  • There's a lot you have to remember from the outset.
  • Clear time was about 65 hours. To do everything is about 100 hours.

How old are we talking? Cuz for the last like 20 years Famitsu absolutely has been handing out 30+ scores like candy, comprising about half the scores they give in an issue 👀 From a random month like February 2012 to give you an idea:

  • Binary Domain (PS3, 360) – 10/9/9/7 [35/40]
  • Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die (3DS, PSV) – 9/8/9/8 [34/40]
  • New Love Plus (3DS) – 10/10/9/9 [38/40]
  • Samurai Warriors 3 Z Special (PSP) – 8/8/8/7 [31/40]
  • Tekken 3D: Prime Edition (3DS) – 8/8/8/8 [32/40]
  • Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy (3DS) – 10/9/9/8 [36/40]
  • WRC 2 FIA World Rally Championship (PS3, 360) – 7/7/8/6 [28/40]

LMAO the Not-Mario Tax is real huh, Super Mario Odyssey got 39/40
I don't believe in some Mario Tax(majority deserve the high scores) but Famitsu is known for scoring Nintendo exclusives higher on average. Basically it's a marketing Magazine for Nintendo, some stuff they gave high scores over the years were huge outliers from the rest of overall critics as well, destroying their reputation over time on GAF
