And they made him a Lord of Cinder. Not for virtue, but for might. Such is a lord, I suppose. But here I ask. Do we have a sodding chance?

Not the biggest fan of the hardest difficulty lowering gold/xp. When are devs gonna understand that more tedious grind does not equal harder content?

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?

Does the Dracy Quest (or easy) offer more experience?

The score is too close to CoD, is this really a good thing?

This is like making enemies like sponge.

Totally stupid. I blame western because japanese devs do balance better overall.

Was the original game have difficult option? This sounds too silly to see. Those stupid things that always make me keep away from those remakes.

I've been trying to talk myself into getting DQ3 for months but when I watch the trailer I don't think I can do it. I'll probably grab it on the first sale. More interested in Fantasian since it's something new.

Absolutely. Make it so you can't just grind easy enemies for exp. If I remember correctly that is one of DQ 11's difficulty modifiers, that easy enemies would no longer grant exp. A much better way to do that than this.

Y… yes. Which is great. But what does that have to do with my complaint regarding lowered XP/gold??
Your quote: “When are devs gonna understand that more tedious grind does not equal harder content?”

My point: The harder enemies is the harder content.

Sure lowering gold and xp isn’t going to single-handedly make the content harder, it will make the grind longer. But, the harder enemies makes it more difficult. So I’m confused about the point you are trying to make. Are you saying it should just be harder enemies without the added grind? If that’s the case, I understand. It’s the way you worded it. It is confusing.

Yeah sorry, I meant exactly what you said in your last sentence.

The Exp levels in the default difficulty are already boosted; the Hard Mode reduction makes it more like the original releases. The game is too easy on Normal.
