I am very excited to have this show back on the air. Expect bigger explosions, bigger bugs, and bigger boobs.

Season premiere is Monday December 12 on NBC. Get hyped!

Just set it up to series record today... Can't fucking wait. My wife and I used to watch it religiously - pretty sure I've seen every episode.
 
Yep, this is awesome news. Fear Factor was great and introduced me to so many weird things like the balut egg and cave spider. Yum!
 
I like Rogan.... I'm not sure if I ever really loved the original show. One episode was enough...

But still.......... Rogan. Will check it out.

So excited this is back, will watch and for anyone who only knows Joe Rogan from this show I highly recommend you check out his podcast. It's really good.
 
Cool the show is back, but man some of the stunts they did are just insane.

I remember flipping out at one stunt they did, bungee jump off a flying helicopter over a volcano and I think it was active too.
 
I was a big fan of the show and was totally surprised to hear of its return. I'm also really glad they got Joe back to host since it wouldn't be quite the same without him I think. I definitely will be watching and can't see what kind of crazy things they have for this new season.

Me neither, didn't know dude had a fan club. He always sorta seemed annoying to me more than anything else. I do love me some Fear Factor though, so I can't wait.

Meh, he's a funny guy... to laugh at.

My friends and I like to take a shot everytime he says something stupid on a UFC broadcast. The most infamous one I could remember was "girls would call that a badonkadonk!" (referring to male athletes grappling on the mat). We took like 3 shots after that one.

Man put me in to the Joe Rogan fanclub. Before his podcast I would see Joe Rogan and just assume that he'd be the stereotypical meathead dudebro type guy.. but after listening to him on his podcasts he really changed the way I see the world, and I agree with his stance on almost every topic he brings up. He's also one funny motherfucker who I hope to see down in Irvine where I live next time he has a show at the Improv here.

That being said.. can't wait for more tarantula larvae eating, silicone boobies drowning in scorpions and black mambas, mama bird feeding baby chicks style puke drinking episodes. Sure beats the shit outta watching 2 and a Half Men & Big Bang Theory (don't kill me GAF)
 
Love Joe Rogan as the host because occasionally they'll get him to do one of the challenges like eat something gross and he just does it like a boss.

If you go in with the mindset that whatever you're doing, they're going to do everything and then some to make sure you dont die/get hurt. The last thing they need is someone dieing on their show to really strike fear into people and for ratings to go down.

So do it, win money and fuck bitches.
 
Joe Rogan taught the 170 pound Champion of the UFC a badass kick. Think about that for a second. One of the toughest guys in the world took Joe's advice on fighting.
 
I can't believe it's only been five years since the show was cancelled. It feels like it's been off the air a lot longer than that.

Not that many people watched the last few seasons of the original run due to NBC changing the time slot of the show thus causing the ratings to drop which eventually caused NBC to cancel the show.

But anyways, I'm looking forward to the revival. The only thing I don't like is how they are bringing back the "teams of two" format which was what they did during the last season of the original run of the show.

I liked the show better when it was players playing separately against other players (solo).
 
Why did this show go off the air? I remember people always talking about it but then, it just suddenly died.

I believe on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast he stated that the show actually had great ratings throughout all the years it was on TV. I think people just got burnt out that worked ont he show?
