I am shooting with an old Canon A1 which doesn't automatically set the ASA (film speed) when you load the film.

The film I am using is MACO UP 25 plus. On the side it says ISO 25/15degrees. Then it says 135/36, 36 exp, UP 25.

What do I set the ASA at? 25?

Yes, the first number is the ASA/ISO. i can't remember what the second number (in degrees) pertains to. i shoot with an old Pentax K-1000 myself which is fully manual, but i generally buy off-the-shelf film.

Edit: Just talked to my uncle who told me the second numbers refer to the DIN (a European standard) equivalent of the ASA.
