How is everyone handling this? lol. Is everyone ready for it?

Mine started today, I had "Art of Film and Video" today BUT my worse fear came - I woke up super late. It began at 8am, I woke up at 8:30. It ends at 9:50. I got to the classroom and only one person remained. The teacher was pissed but I managed to convince him (especially the fact that I ran like hell and wanted to vomit). He only gave me 20 mins to do it.
I somehow managed to finish it in 10 mins. With 10 more mins to spare and check my answers.

Anyone else have stories that happened to them as well? :lol

I've got a strategy final tonight and a real estate development final on Thursday.

Good luck, schoolGAF!

I took Marketing and a Investment Finals yesterday after being on ER for hours and close to meeting death. I was feeling bad on the Marketing one, and though I found it easy... I rushed a bit and didn't verify because I wasn't feeling good. On the other hand, when I took the Finance one nearly 1 hour later I found myself being the smartest ever at that class.

3 Finals to go though =(

From a previous finals-age thread...

I have only one in-class final.

In the next week, I have 2 3-page papers due, one 10-page paper, and a group powerpoint. The next week, I have 2 6-page papers due, the in-class final, and then I follow that up with the GREs Saturday morning on the 20th. This isn't including the other 3 page paper I did yesterday.

I just have one in class final next tuesday, a now 5 page paper on monday, handing in an 8 page paper ASAP, and the GREs on the 20th.

Still on track.

Not a final, but I have my Magnetic Resonance Imaging board exam next Wednesday. Many attempt, and many fail, but I've been studying for the past month-and-a-half. Should be pretty easy at this point. Damn election kept me from studying and taking it earlier in the year..:lol

I've got Critical Thinking and Intermediate Algebra only.
My two weakest subjects. :(
I suck at the CT class. Its too difficult for me to memorize fallacies and shit.

Biochemisty in a few hours. Hoping they won't screw me with questions about carbohydrates, since I've been focusing on lipids for the past 2 days.

Object Oriented Programming Final yesterday, felt pretty good about it. Jazz final today, I had to memorize the names, artists, era for 30 songs for it. I hope to god my mind doesn't blank on the test.

i got mine one day after the other starting thursday. not prepared at all! gaf is distracting me too much agh. most of my stuff is on my laptop so its so easy for me to switch tabs to gaf. erghhhhhhhhh

Had hell week last week, where I had four assignments due along with one exam. Now that that's over, I've got one last exam today in my systems design and implementation class, mostly UML related stuff and some Java. It's been terrible to study for because I had a professor who can't teach for his life and has given us terrible material to study from. However, once that's done I have a little bit of work left to do in my marketing research course and then I'm off for nearly a month before working at a web design firm for 8 months of paid co-op glory. :D

My finals are next week. (Iowa State University) This week is dead week but I think I'll be fine for next week. My finals are spread out and one is an essay. Another is an online course that doesn't have a final but I haven't even started it yet so... that will be a bitch. We'll see.

Here's the kicker though: Jury Duty Summons for December.

Just got out of my Spanish exam, it was pretty goddamn hard even though I studied for hours yesterday and even more before the test today.

I have a Western Civ. exam and a Humanities exam tomorrow and then I'm done for the semester. Finally.

I took 2 courses this semester. Both finals are next week. My data communications final will be cake. Its only over the last 4 chapters we've covered in class. My visual basic final will be an ungodly fucking nightmare. The last few weeks, nobody in the class has understood what the fuck we're supposed to be doing. I could swear the instructor started speaking portugese or something because nobody understands what he's talking about and our textbook is shit. We've all grouped up on our weekly projects, even though we're not supposed to, and still can't figure them the fuck out. Man VB was fucking cake until around the last 1/4th of the course and then it jumped off the deep end.

Cumulative finals are the bane of my existance. My finals start Monday.

Electromagnetic Physics Monday
Engineering Statistics Tuesday
Digital Design(Computer Engineering) Wednesday
Algorithm Design & Analysis Friday

:(

haven't slept or really eaten for two days... zzz

i have to finish a shitload of projects and campaigns and it'll all be over by thursday.

i just found out i failed my psych midterm/final/test (it's a 6 credit course and goes over both terms so i guess it's a midterm)

soooooooooo... who knows... i'll just drop it i guess... :( anyone else HATE psych?

but i had 4 finals in one week... so... i studied for my bio and chem finals and kind of left psych to rot... which ultimately led to a super shitty mark. let's hope bio and chem were better...

oh and english i'm pretty sure i got good in... it was a take-home final essay

I have a History of Western Civ. final tomorrow night, an Anthropology final on Sat. morning (that I REALLY need to start studying for), and an econ final on Mon. night. Shouldn't be too awful. It'll be nice to have a couple weeks where I can just go home after work instead of going to class.

Something tells me that I'm gonna be lucky if I pass my Systems and Simulations final today :/

Oh god, I hope I pass it, I couldn't be able to handle having to take that course again.

luckily all of my finals are thursday and friday, so I have more time to study. I'm pretty confident about my film and international relations finals, but my econ final scares me.

Had Japanese this morning. It went ok. Programming Languages will be this afternoon, it shouldnt be too bad since it isnt cumulative. Then all I have is to turn in a paper for my sociology class tonight and I am done with finals.

If anybody is taking intermediate accounting finals, my sincere "goo luck" to ya'll :lol What a hardass course.

I'm running on 2hrs of sleep. Had a final at 9am and I killed it, have another at 7pm which I'm studying for now that I'm unsure since I haven't been able to devote any time to it.

Fuck, I keep falling in and out of sleep and can't retain anything, only thing keeping me awake is the constant gagging from the egg sandwich I had this morning, must have been spoiled

I'm cool. No final yesterday, and I just finished a Middle East History final less than an hour ago.

Wednesday 11am: Western Art History - Not worried at all, I've been slaying the tests recently)

Thursday 8am: Political Thought
- I'm a political science/pre-law major so I need to do well, but I've never done that poorly on these tests. Got the highest grades in the class for the last two essays, so I think I can worm my way out of this one.

Friday 8am: US History - Not that worried, but I need to do well.

Friday 11am: Sociology
- I'll be fine. I'll need maybe 1 hour of study for this one.

Finished last Thursday/Friday:
Control Systems I
Digital Communications

Both of which went reasonably well. Honestly, it's impossible to tell how finals go. I've walked out of finals thinking I've done perfectly and been passed back a 60. I've walked out of finals thinking I'm lucky to have passed and been given an 85. The marking scheme makes all the difference in the world.

Tonight I have:
Power Electronics

Next Monday/Tuesday I have:
Introduction to Robotics
Computer Networks I

Just had my Audio final today, 78%. I'll take it.

Tomorrow is my Editing exam, and Friday I have a Art of Cinema exam.

Im doing my history final now, it's a take home, but need a suggestion for one of the questions.

"Name a pervasive discourse from the past 50-60 years. Why is your choice a good choice for being considered a central theme in world history? How has your choice affected the course of society? Why can't we live without this discourse?

...halp.

I had two finals on Monday, one at 10am-12:50pm and then one from 1pm-3:50pm. Luckily the second one was Algebra, and I finished it in 30 minutes with a 97%.

:D

Only Intro to C Programming left! I ended up reading The Road instead of studying, though.

had my english final and got an A-
Programming logic and math finals are next tuesday and wed., respectively.

only one i am stressed about is my programming one.

Only took 12 hours this semester, lightest load I've ever done (I usually take 17 or 18). Anyway, 4 classes, one doesn't have a final, just a presentation I did on Monday (aced it, A in the class). I need a 61% on my music final to keep my A; that's on Friday, should be a cakewalk.

Asian Civilizations, I need like a 95% on the final to get an A in the course... most likely stuck with a B in this class. Studying away for Monday's final, but it's not looking good.

Human Development only requires about a B- on the final to keep my A, so I should be fine. Working on some flash cards right now, and working on figuring out some stuff for the exam portion.

All in all, I should end the semester a B shy of straight A's. Not perfect, but I guess it will do.

Finished con law I today. Have to study now for Community Property at 9am tomorrow >_<

My Corporations & Evidence are spread out next week though, so after tomorrow it's less chaos.

:lol Insane. I wouldn't have even bothered. too much pressure for me. I would've been straight to the doctors getting myself a doctor's certificate so I can re-sit it another day.

Good job, though.

What topic/level of econ? Econ major here so just curious.

Finals week is pretty much a breeze luckily this semester. Two econ finals, one history, and a geography of economic development final, no papers or anything thank god those are all done with.

I am done. :)
Although during one of my finals, I sat in the very front and the teacher was in front of me.....With the answer key right in front.
:D :D

I scored 84 on my first final without even studying much for it...

Tomorrow is a different story, I need a 90 to pass... Everyone please pray for me please. :)

Papers! No finals in grad programs!

My professor has a really odd schedule as only the 2nd of 3 papers is due tomorrow; the final one is due a month after the last class.

So after I burn the midnight oil writing this boring diatribe on constructivist IR theory I have one day to recuperate in class before I start on a twenty-pager for another class due next Thursday. It's a research paper with..no..research..topic..yet.

Stupid procrastination.

Finished all of my finals. Now I just have write ups left (one 10 pager, one 30 pager). Funny thing is I had only 1 final during "finals" week. Week before I had 5 though :lol

Already have one grade back, A in chem lab, but the lab was stupid easy (as in I don't understand how people got less than 95 on the final, but the average was still in the low 70s).

Communications in news tomorrow, principles of interaction monday.

And lots of paperwork.

Shouldn't be that bad TBH.

Just got out of my Math 252 (Integral Calculus) final.

Hopefully the girl in front of me knew what she was doing. ;p I thought I was prepared but god damn, it sucked.

Statics tomorrow and then I'm home for a month. :D

I got a Finance final tomorrow. It shouldn't be too bad but there's a lot of formulas I have to know. I got a 94 on my Crimj class so I'm happy about that.

macroecon. I'm only taking it because it is a requirement for my major. the professor could make it easier, but he doesn't. I plan on studying it exclusively until I take that final.

Fuck. My. Life.

10 page seminar paper due Friday. Impossible comprehensive Medieval Italy test Monday. 25 page Medieval Italy paper due Wednesday. Literary Journalism final Thursday (with 750 word essay). Reason, Religion and God take home test due Friday.

Ow-fucking-ch.

Solow? IS-LM? thats kinda all i remember about macro, and money supply and the interest rate, haha.

Finished my Entrepreneurial Finance exam this passed Saturday, I think I did really well on it. Doing my Investments exam on Sunday, not to worried about it, it's online, open book, and all multiple choice. And then that coming Wednesday I have a History final which will be a joke.

Can't wait for this semester to be done with, it was killer. Next semester I'm a part time student and then I graduate, can't wait.
