When i opened the browser, it said that there was already an open console (so it couldnt open another with that profile still on) - and then it gave me the option to create a new profile. I created a new one, and now that is the default one. How do i access the old one now? It has some bookmarks that are still needed.

copy+paste "firefox.exe -profilemanager" in Start, Run. That's how you get into the profile manager, just change it back.

btw, all FF windows should be closed for that to access the profile manager

You should have just ended the Firefox.exe process. You can load up your old profile now, Firefox probably just crashed.

Sorry about the bump, I'm not allowed to post new topics.

Anyway, the last couple of days, the giant flash banner that loads at the top of espn.com's home page has been causing firefox to crash, on both my computer on campus and my sister's computer at home. (This never happened until a couple of days ago.) I tried using FlashBlock, but it didn't stop the banner from loading. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, is there any way around it?
