Upgrade to the PR yesterday but I've now got a couple of things that are irritating me...

Firstly, I've had some commercial search plugins added - how do I get rid of these?

Second of all, pop-up blocking is now blocking everything, including requested pop-ups. For example, I go to gmail, click on "Invite a Friend to Gmail" but the pop-up gets blocked - even though gmail is on the allow list. I'm getting a similar problem with extensions (again, even though I've said allow websites to install software and added the extension site to my allow list).

I just want it back like 0.9.3!

OK, first one was solved by going to the searchplugins directory of the firefox directory and deleting the relevant files from there.

Still need help with the other issues

Yeah, it's all a bit weird really.

Like I say, I was happy with how it worked in 0.9.3, wish it'd work the same way for me now!

for your gmail problems - it's Tabbed Browser Extensions that's causing that problem.. uninstall that and it should go away.

Unfortunately, that leaves you without TBE which makes firefox a pain to use.

Doh I actually noticed that other requested pop-ups work - i.e. Newsgrounds.

Ah well, this is only my work machine, might stick with 0.9.3 for now...

Dad upgraded to 1.0 and now all animated gifs and jpgs are frozen.

I've been told this is more of a ZoneAlarm problem than the browser (especially since ani-gifs/jpgs haven't worked in IE for me for a while) but this fucking sucks and I don't know what to do to change it.

The only thing I used tabbed browser preferences for was making it open external links in a new tab. But instead I just use Single Window 1.4 instead.

When I use ctrl + scroll wheel to adjust the font size, why does Firefox default back to the old font size every time I run it?

Coco I would go into Tool, Options, General and make the font change there I don't believe the ctrl + scroll is suppose to be a permanent font change.
