Has anyone experienced this?
On my 2nd play; at second stage on the 1st world; for some STRANGE reason; my links went into a vertical arrangement and got locked there - could not snap them out of it and because It was the second time I played the title; I thought that that's how the game sets it out for you; enforced formation + puzzle solving. Then of course; you come to the room with the chest surrounded by fire and there is no way to solve it without dying / breaking formation. Gave up. Thought it was ridiculous.
I got back into the game last night .. and whoa. No formation lock and I got to play the game as it should be played; with the option to select formations. I just don't see how the game can enforce/lock the formation - when I pressed the spilt up / solo link button; the links+bounding box would do an effect and remain the same.
