I just got done reformatting my hard drive, and one of my CDs I offloaded my stuff on seems to have some errors on it that prevent me from copying the data back on to my computer. I can see all of the files, and even open some of them (although it takes a very long time), but I get read errors when I try and copy them over (same when I try to make an image of the CD).
I know back in the day you used to be able to "repair" floppy disks that had this problem (or at least get the computer to pass over the bad data) -- is there any way to do this with a burned CD?
