I have a short 1 minute video that I'd like to burn to CD, and have it function in DVD players as well (Thus a VCD).

Are there any free programs or guides on doing this? I know how to make a DVD sans an all in one authoring program, but I don't want to waste a DVD on such a small video file (30 megs).

Any help?

I have Nero, but what the fuck do all these folders mean and what do I put in them?

I stuck the MPEG in the MPEGAV folder, but it doesn't allow me to burn the compilation yet, as if I'm missing an element.

Click that little button that looks like a firery X. It'll take you to Nero Express, where you'll just have to select the video file.

That saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks a bunch, I should've examined the software more thoroughly, I'm a bit embarassed. I'll let you know if it works out.
