Favorite Songs from her "latest" cd 'Details' are:

Let Go (obviously)
Hear Me Out
Its Good to be In Love
Breathe In
Must Be Dreaming

Frou Frou is Imogen Heap, a UK pop star, and Guy Sigsworth, who has arranged strings for Bjork, among others. Frou Frou has released some other stuff you won't find in America. Old Piano, the secret track on the UK release of details. And Close Up, something they released for some HMV sample.

:D

Imogen's solo stuff sounds nothing like Frou Frou. You could check it out, but I'm not a big fan. It's not Britney Spears bad, but it's not Frou Frou good. If you like Fiona Apple and Alanis Morisette, you'll probably like her solo stuff.

I <3 Frou Frou.

To quote my friend on "Must Be Dreaming":

"Man... I wish I could fly. And if I could fly... when I flew... this song would emanate from my body."

BTW, AniHawk, I listened to your two Frou Frou suggestions, and they were good songs.

I didn't respond well at first, but they definitely grew on me, though not over the "Holding Out for a Hero" Shrek 2 song which I'd listened to a whole lot already...

It took me time to get used to Let Go. I really loved Must Be Dreaming (even moreso because of the music vid I saw with it), but I like Let Go as much or maybe more now.

Wait... Dido has a similar sound to Frou Frou? Maybe I should check Dido's stuff out...

(And yeah, been in love with Frou Frou's album since hearing it about a year ago mmmm)

Dido was on the Eminem hype train i think. After hearing "stan" i went out and bought her Cd thinking it was good, worst 18 bucks i ever spent on a CD.....maybe it was my dick that lead me to that CD.......

yeah i like frou frou, mellow and catchy stuff. as for dido, i started listening to her ever since they used her song as the theme to "roswell", that mysterious ambiance just caught me. she has a very moody voice. but after that album i havent heard anything else by her.

She released a new album last year. I didn't really care for it too much, especially compared to her first. "Do You have a Little Time" is really good though. Its the only track that really stands out imo.

There's a new artist called "Jem" who's really good. She's had alot of comparisons to Dido. Her (Jem) seems a bit stronger though. http://www.jem-music.net "Come on closer" is awesome.
