The one in Seattle (Renton) does - in fact they had 2 setups last weekend.
The wheel was 'OK' but I decided to stick with the GT Force or whatever the 1st iteration was called. The 900 degree wasn't enough to entice me, and in my limited play time I couldn't feel the stronger force feedback.
The only thing I was hedging on was the gear shifter, but the way I have my setup I need both hands on the wheel anyway.
As far at the racing chair was concerned, it's 250+ $ and it felt kinda cheap and flimsy. Plus no room in the livvie.
