Full Auto : new screens and video

The destruction in this game looks spectacular - hopefully the final framerate will be better than the preview videos would suggest.

Seirously though I could have played this game on Xbox 1 its like the dif between gamecube and Xbox or something. Why pay 300 more $ to play it? No thanks.

Probably a lot of the power is going towards the fucking insane destructive ability. Holy crap.

In wreckless there was a lot of that too though... I'm glad I didn't get a 360 because it doesn't (clearly) justify its price. But I'm sure it will have a lot of FUN games... I'd just rather see them on a more powerful system. Im sure this game will be fun though I'd like to play it but I think it could have been done on X1 (like many other 360 games) with the same amout of fun and not to much of a cut in graphics. I can't blame MS though because maybe in the end they did the smart thing, well see.
 
The video is brilliantly done, just like all the promo stuff for this game.

It really does look stunning now, to compare it to Wreckless is tremendously naive.

Wreckless's destruction was mostly little things in the city. Not whole fucking buildings and gas stations.

Calling me "troll" isnt going to help anything, if my thinking is so wrong on this matter tell me how. I am an honest person with no bias and I will agree with you if its true. I actually am hoping that I am wrong, but...
 
You are clearly wrong, which is why most people don't share your opinion.

Say what you will about this game. The Xbox 360 is plenty powerful.
 
Mihyaeru, you point doesn't make a lot of sense. of course a game of this style could've been made on xbox. it could've (and was) made on PS1 for the most part (twisted metal, etc). the point is the graphics are superior to anything that could be produced on xbox. the online play is superior to anything thats on xbox. the destructable environments and other features are superior to what is on xbox. if you think the game looks like an xbox game, state your opinion and then dont bother buying it or playing it. or, better yet, download the demo in a few weeks, state your opinion about it and move on. no reason to waste your time discussing a game you feel is inferior or on the same level as some xbox games.

Well I was partly joking, I think most people got that. And I have never even played it so I can't really say much, just comment on what I have seen from screens and videos. But I am just underwhelmed by 360 in general, it could be that I was expecting to much, which is just a set up for disappointment.

No. But thats only because I did actually test one out a few times at a friends and I couldnt bring myself to buy one yet. But as soon as the price drops and a bioware game is out SOLD. :) And I will be getting full auto too it looks like loads of fun.

To downplay Wreckless is more so.

Wreckless is still doing a lot of amazing things and certainly stands up well against something like this. The lighting and shadows certainly seem more impressive in Wreckless.

The only thing holding it back is the resolution and a framerate of 30 fps. The visuals are still quite godly.
 
I don't understand the hype on this one... It felt very mediocre at E3, but it seems it got hyped cause there were so few other 360 games on the floor. If it had been developed for another format it would have gotten no attention whatsoever. The physics just feel off.

As with every console, a post launch drought generally results in an enormous amount of hype aimed at games that would typically be ignored. The only thing that Full Auto truly seems to have going for it would be its ad (website) campaign. That was brilliant.

I think the latest video looks really good. I like the amount of destruction going on and hopefully this will be a lot of fun online.

Does anyone know if it's the same thing that was on the OXM demo disc couple of months ago? Don't want to bother downloading if its exactly the same.

control was a bit sloopy, but it seemed like good cheap fun. i'll pick it up at a bargin price (assuming it'll drop before theres plenty else to buy :P)
