I think sprong's response in their comments is very insightful into their level of professionalism: "So, erm... shut up you stupid head." This was after whining about having to do an email instead of a face to face interview (some of their face to face interviews read like they were made up anyway...). My site and plenty of others do mainly email interviews; it doesn't take a genius to come up with good questions for them.
