The tour kicks off on the 18th in Arizona, and then cruising through the west coast, going around the east coast and then ending in the Midwest. Just incase the Nintendo Fusion Tour escaped your mind; here's the final list of dates. All tickets are on sale except for Spring, Texas' show which will be sold on the 25th. The tickets can be purchased at Ticket Master (search Nintendo Fusion Tour) for around $20.

While the list of games isn't released, it is presumed (by me) that you can play Metroid Prime 2, Donkey Konga, Paper Mario 2, Mario Party 6, Mario Tennis, Mario Pinball, and several Nintendo DS games.

The bands that will be playing are Story of the Year, Lost Prophets, My Chemical Romance, Letter Kills, Auto Pilot Off and Anberlin. The latter two aren't playing at all the shows.

Crap, this was on the news this morning. The N Fusion Tour is in Austin TONIGHT! I'm not going though, I have to cash the check my mom sent and pay some bills and get some real food....

Playable DS sounds awesome, but I really don't feel like going to the Austin Music Hall today. It isn't really close to me at all.

per this morning's interview, it's likely that the DS won't be playable until at least some of the later dates on the tour. they said that hardware units will be there, but nothing playable until they've finished the software.

Not even a playable DS will make me drive 4 hours to Orlando and pay money to watch a couple of bands play.
