FYI: My hair is perfect today

I let it get kinda shaggy out of laziness but today out of the blue it settled into perfection. I put too much mousse/gel into it this morning and it looked flat and stiff but when I got to work I just ran my fingers through it and now it has that ideal level of structure (parted on the left) and natual bounce.

And here I am at work sitting in an empty training lab. Wasting it. I could be bald in 5 years! I should go to a bar or at least out for lunch or something... anything to get maximum mileage out of the way my beard and hair actually look decent for the first time in a month. I got a couple of compliments about it today.... but female coworkers will compliment your new look if you rub dogshit all over your pants because that's all they know how to do in work settings.

The better your hair looks is the inverse to the probability that you will be able to hit on women.

Sorry dude, but once you go to the bar or go out to lunch, you hair is gonna get caught in the wind or something.

You're gayer than I am.
When you add avatars to the equation, it's a tie at best.

And my dad went bald @ 24-25... I'm 23. :eek
Damn, that's scary shit. I seriously thought i was starting to lose all my hair in my mid 20's but it just thinned out a bit and then stopped.

Baldness comes from your mother's side of the family. Just a little FYI.

Thankfully there's no baldness in my family, but my Dad started going gray when he was 19 and was completely gray at 22. I'm 24 and I have some light patches of gray in the back...

Oh well, I'd rather have gray hair than no hair at all.

Just give it the occasional touch-up. They come in all kinds of colors! :D

I'm totally rocking the greying hair, but I actually kinda like it so far. It's just enough that you notice if your talking to me for a while, and with medium brown hair it doens't look that bad.

My hair is more perfect than yours.
I'll accept a tie, but since you accept the sheer perfection of my coiffure how can you claim to better it?

Good point about the wind though. On monday I walked about 8 blocks to work and the wind was blustering something fierce - gusts of up to 60km/h. It was coming from the side so my hair, being longish like I mentioned, was just an absolute disaster all day. Think early 80s feathering, with the back being so poofed up by the wind that it could be considered mulletesque. :(

My hair usually hits the perfect length and shape about 10 days after a haircut, I usually have to not shampoo a couple of days because I have noticed that only my 'natural hair oil' allows me to get the perfect texturing and hold without the brittleness and inevitable drooping that comes from using gel or the curliness that I develop from mousse.

mmmmm, just 3 more days to go.

It looks like Ari is saying that.

Nah, if he said it, it would be closer to this...

I didn't not know that post-pre-teenagers had hair-related program activities.

I cut off my braids a year ago and haven't looked back! In anger, or otherwise.

Just thought I'd throw that into the mix.

This is true

I have a new look, discovered it yesterday, the best thing about it is it already looks like it got caught in the wind, so the wind won't get me again!!! *laughs maniacally*

My hair looks better if I dont take a shower personally. Shower has it feel weird. It looks best by the end of the night oddly enough when i run my hands through and just dont care where it is. Looks very natural then. Shower resets it though to fairly unkempt. Just something I'll have to deal with I guess though. Hardly never miss a shower

Showering is not the probelm for me, but shampooing is, it tends to overdry my hair and it becomes unmanagable, the best way to get my hair looking the way I want is for me to run my hands through it the day after I shampooed and gelled it.

hmmm.....this IS gay.

Actually I looked this up a while ago and there's no evidence to support this common belief.

And I mean sadly, as my mum's dad has just started losing his hair at 80 and my dad's been bald all my life, as has his dad. However, I did get my height from my mum's side of the family, and I look more like ym mum than my dad too, so I'm hopeful that I got lucky.
