I would not suggest you to pop a pimple on your face, especially near your mouth. Sometimes it could lead to complications and even (very rare) death. Let it live its cycle.

Quarter Sicilian myself and the most prominent genetic feature I got, aside from my light olive tone, is the greasy skin. I actually use this brand's pore strips because greasy skin means hella blackheads, now I wanna try this stuff, too, I've never actually seen this before
