Of course not

In reality the problem is just where he looks in regards to his position of the picture. Most of the time it's nicer to have the subject look "into" the picture instead of out of it. After all it guides the viewers view as well, and if I am led outside the picture, then... well... that seems counterproductive.
I think after having my girlfriend laughing at my pictures cause of the model I just didn't even know what was good anymore, but it's good to at least know that I had better ones than the ones I posted. Makes me now wonder what I should go through regarding the other 100 or so pics that I have hat I didn't even bother uploading.
Perhaps it would help you to describe why you posted the pictures you posted and not a different one? Just putting a few pictures on here without context - or rather without you giving us why you chose those - makes it harder for us to give advice in terms of your selection process. Also since this is something I too feel like I might struggle with at times it is most definitely helpful for others as well.
