I just use tclock2 for the taskbar / start button. It's not too heavy and has a lot of cool little tweaks. Custom icons are BeOS icons, but I can't remember where I got them from now.

Sorry I didn't resize it. Been working a lot with 3DS Max (actually working on it more than Maya these days) and Photoshop lately so I hot linked them, replacing two from my list of games. Still using the old icon and background so I'll probably change that in late May or June. I'm a performance whore hence my incredibly drab OS scheme. I usually turn every XP bell and whistle (including the wallpaper) while I work.

There are a couple of programs out there that can modify your shell. To name a few:

StyleXP
Aston Shell
Wincustomize

...just look around.
