OK heres the problem, I currentley own a GC and an Xbox.
Now both machines are pretty much at the end of their days.

I've been reading all these DS threads about meteos and Kirby's Canvas Curse etc
and it's got me REALLY wanting a DS.
But I'm also really looking forward to the new Zelda.
I'm currentley saving up with my fiance for a deposit for a house and I haven't got enough money for any new gaming stuff but the DS does look mighty fine.

Now do you think it would be wise to sell my GC and get a DS (black)
or should I hang on and get Zelda instead...

or sell my Xbox and games for it and sell my GC later (for 360 money).

GO GAF and do me proud.

Well, the 360 is backwards compatible. I'd sell the Xbox and keep the GC until you're done playing Zelda.

Then sell the cube to me for $8.

Umm.. As a second-hand GC costs about as much as a new game I wouldn't recommend selling it. IMO it's not worth the hassle.

Keep the Cube for Zelda, and get rid of the Xbox. Not a troll against Xbox, but Zelda is pretty much already a potential qualifier for one of the generation's finest games.

The DS also has Castlevania soon, awesome game...hard to say exactly what's down the road for it, but it's bound to be good (Metroid Dread, new Zelda, etc.).

Black
Doom 3 Expansion pack
King Kong
Burnout Revenge etc

hmmmmmmm black is the only thing on that list that interests me apart from kong but i'll pick up the 360 version me thinks.

Oh and hopefully it's made B/C on the 360
