GameBlast is basically the UK version of Extra Life. It's to help raise money for SpecialEffect, a great charity over here that help disabled people enjoy video games by modifying controllers, systems and a whole host of other stuff. Over the last weekend in February (24/25/26) there will be a load of live streams running throughout the entire weekend. http://gameblast17.com is the address for the event, give it a look!
I took part last year with our site, and we raised about £750 for the. This year, I want to try and raise even more! We gave away a ton of cool shit last year, including Press Kits, Limited edition games, headsets, T Shirts and a bunch more. We're in talks at the moment to get a whole host more stuff for this year!
