I remember when there were threads about this two years ago.

I remember when there was a thread about 5 GCN's (4 with GBP's) being hooked up together to play FF:CC.

Too bad FF:CC was utter crap.

20-hours long "Final Fantasy" game?

Gimme a break. At least the last boss battle (on the clouds with orbs floating around and temporary INVINCIBILITY!) was fun, fun, fun!

What does it matter if it's only 20 hours long? At least it was all worth it. When you play a game like Final Fantasy VII, you beat it in 40 hours but 20 hours of that is just some shitty random battles.

Also the fun in FF:CC comes from the multiplayer and collecting the artifacts and all those special items/weapons, not from just beating the game. I've played 2 player game with my friend for 85 hours and it's been fun (he's also played it single player for over 110 hours and I've played it single player for over 45 hours).

What I played of the multiplayer of FF:CC, was some of the best team-based RPG multiplay I've experienced since Secret of Mana. If Square refines this sucker for Rev launch, then it really could be absolutely killer.

what's it with filling GAF with joystiq articles, if you want to reply you can do it there
With GAF there's no need to go anywhere else because it's all posted here.
