As i have said COUNTLESS times, Uncharted 2 was BY FAR the best game of 2009 and one of my favourite games of ALL TIME. How the FUCK is that saying "it's good but not that good" ?!? Go listen to the podcast, oh wow - whats that? Uncharted 2 my game of the year 2009. Go see the U2 thread, see what i thought of the game there.

I am confident in my own opinion that the game is a 10/10 caliber game FOR ME that i don't need every reviewer on the planet to give it 10/10. Hell, i don't even agree with half what the guy says about the game but that's not the point - if he wants to give it an 8 then he's more than welcome to do so.

Well, it did lose a bunch of Oscars to the clearly inferior How Green Was My Valley.

Although The Little Foxes will always be my favourite 1941 film.

not really, the counter is that the review simply doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things (which you'd think all sides would agree on) , since then we've moved on to how , apparently, everyone has to fall in with popular opinion lest they are "trolling" *massive shudder*

After this week at work I totally sympathize with this guy. I'm not a reviewer but let's just say I'm a messenger. People can comment about what I do at my work online and my office phone number is available to anyone. I haven't gotten death threats but threats of physical harm, vitriolic posts, and calls for my head are common. All this from people who don't have a god damn clue. There are days I literally don't want to go to work or check my email. The worst part is I have to shrug it off. I can't yell at them to take off their tin foil hats or tell them my boss is the one they should be the one they should be screaming at.
