I used to really pull for Unplugged. It's a great concept, and in theory the guys could make it really hilarious and entertaining. But in practice, they're just not made for it. Adventure Zone is all I need to scratch that itch.

Also, it's amazing how cruddy parts of MGS4 look these days. That game was cutting edge in 2008, especially the character models. There's clearly at least 2 models for Snake- an ingame model that you play as and a cutscene model that is at a much higher detail for some of the cutscenes- and it's something i missed during my playthrough of the game. Character models mostly hold hold up i suppose.

That weren't really that disguised. The second I saw a picture of them in a gallery of cosplayers I immediately said that was Alton Brown and Adam Savage.
Also, after watching most of that Contradiction QL, I kind of want to play it now. If only to see more ridiculous line readings.

I always loved how they handle guns in MGS4 during the cutscenes... Like the fact you see Snake putting the safety on the AK when he first meets Otacon with the Mark 2 or how he checks out the M4 in today's episode.

It very, very rarely bothers me. But for whatever reason, this time it did. It's like... if you're not going to put any thought into the game, if you're just going to bull rush through it and shoot at everyone... why?

I remember I finished that game needing to pee, and I did not want to step away before it ended, and I did not know if could pause cutscenes, and I was very uncomfortable for far too long.
