Just be a normal guy and drink normal guy things like water or Surge, not urine.

Around that, yeah. But it seemed like the counter broke at some point because it was stuck at the same peak number for a good while, so difficult to say for sure.

edit: For those interested, Danny will be on TotalBiscuit's podcast in 3 hours.

I hope they continue with the large number of fantastic guests and lineups from last year. With Patrick gone now, I wonder who will organise it. Although he did a fantastic job, some panels had too many guests.

They said anything on twitter about how they're enjoying Evolve? Been shocked with how much fun I've been having with the game, played it for 8 hours straight last night which is unheard of for me with a coop game.

Haha Reggie. At least Phil and Yosp know their games and have worked in technology in the respective firms, whereas Reggie is just a PR person in terms of how he would act and his knowledge. I wonder if they could get someone else from the Treehouse who would be more 'open' and at least experienced with games.

Alison Rapp works at treehouse and used to be at Game Informer so that could be a possibility.

You think I'm joking, but Dan Savage has a doctor that he brings on from time to time to talk about urine-drinking related questions.

I think the last one he got was "if my girlfriend takes drugs with opioids and I drink her urine, will that show up on a drug test?" lol

DLC controversy notwithstanding, I didn't understand the appeal of Evolve from the start. People seemed really excited about it, and I thought it looked like a game that would become extremely repetitive quickly. I would be happy to be wrong, though!

Dan must have made some good connections through Game Informer that could be useful during GDC or E3. I mean the guy's face is literally in two AAA games.

They haven't been talking all that well about it on the bombcast. It's that "you need a circle of friends to be into it" attitude they often have.

I seem to recall both Jeff and Brad actually liking what they played but Jeff said he probably wouldn't play it much due to it being better suited for playing with people.

Watching the Raven's Cry QL a second time and man, it's still so good. I didn't notice the Whiskey in the Jar being played in the tavern. It's a shame we didn't get to hear Vinny's James Hetfield impression.

That's the one thing that really bothers me about Dan, anytime he says "regular" or "normal" it's always in a context like that and I just want to shout at him.

Honestly in terms of his other weird quirks, I feel like I share more of those than most people would but his insistence on referring to certain things as "normal dude stuff" or something similar is pretty infuriating.

It's more frustrating in that I don't think he's ignorant in that regard, from things he's said & the fact he seemed very receptive when he attended Gaymerx (I think that was the con) last year.

We don't use it to mean mentally subnormal really any more and every time he tries to prove he's smart really that compounds it all in my mind. If he's "smart" but does and says the things he does then, well, he's an idiot.

They should put him in the dictionary words evolve and he is the perfect concise example.

Hey, is anyone else getting download errors in the Bombcast iTunes feed? I'm trying to download some old episodes because I'm working through the whole thing again, but now I'm getting errors that tell me to retry later... Anyone else?
