We saw how huge she is during her release in CN, but man, until you see it for yourself it's kinda hard to believe and even comprehand the scale

They're fuckin' ginormous and one of 'em is probably the saze of one girl's entire torso

What an upgrade from her original self in GFL:
Her GFL2 design is similar to the Neural Cloud one, but hair style is different etc. I wish they didn't remove exisceleton weapon holder as well as chest plate ornaments, dedals and clothing - looks way cooler than just an open and empty chest plate in GFL2. But I LOVE her spear with giant holographic flag and you can't see it on the art (cuz it's not there), but she also has unfolding holographic shield now as well similar to the flag. Man, aside from AK-15 and Springfield, she's the most badass looking tactical doll in the game by a country mile when it comes to her combat gear. She's a Bulwark as well and the best visual representation of this class in the game yet, period. Uh, I wish they'd lean more towards this kind of design when it comes to tactical combat gear for each character in the game and not for just select few
Uh, anyway, of course I got her and won 50/50, but then I also lied again ("surprize"

), won 25/75 and got her sig as well:
I had a Remolding Core build ready for her, but then it turned out she's a different kind of Bulwark so next week I need to get a better Support Core for her via end game cuz I don't have one at launch. I was able to push Alva beyond 20K, but she also has a ring and almost fully maxed attachments and maxed keys so... Hellen will get there at some point too. The only issue with her right now is that her kit doesn't really work for anyone other than Dush and Makiatto, so we'll have to wait for her expansion key (or two) to make her work with Alva, Robella and Soppo too, but uh, it doesn't really matter in general content so we'll be fine
As for the main story event...
Since Antiparallel is tied to the Doll Community and Dush (she was part of the Griffin squad along with DP-12), in preparation to Antiparallel I finally started my playthrough of Sojourners MSE which is all about the Doll Community before they joined Elmo and man, I fuckin' love it! Like, sure, there's a lot of expositions and stuff that can be said in a few words but I just love the atmosphere and the overall theme of survival in a harsh and cruel world and they did it so well here. They don't have server capacity to store everyone's Neural Cloud so a lot of the dolls don't even have backups at all, there's not a lot of spare parts and shit to fix frames, so they have to avoid combat as much as possible for tactical dolls to survive and get resources. They even had to put some dolls into hibernation mode to save resources, so it's not even close to what Elmo experienced during the first few chapters of the main story. And so cuz of all this shit and to ensure the survival of the whole community, they had to look for resources no matter what to survive in the Yellow Zone. They found this old factory complex, started exploring and... There's some fucking stakes here man. Dush completely lost all her neural cloud memories from the past cuz her battery died during a mission, same can happen to any doll, they might not get resources for repairs and they can just shutdown and be forever buried under the radioactive sand.
Ah, I'm so glad that I started playing through Sojourners right now and right before Antiparallel, cuz it'll give me so much more context, so much more character building that when I finally fire up Antiparallel I'll be right at home and will know all the characters, their personality and all that, what they been through in the past, how it was like and it'll elevate the Antiparallel story even more. Like, I guess you can say that "Well, if you've played through Sojourners before then you'll get the same experience" to which I say - NO. Sojourners was released almost 1,5 years ago for Global and playing through it now right before a huge event with basically all major character from it, has way more impact and you don't have to remember anything from almost 2 years ago, you just experiensing everything right now and it'll super fresh in your mind when you fire up Antiparallel. So yeah, I think I'll hold off from playing through Amidst Wings of Gray and Bitter Thorns and Daisies before main story even will feature character from them again. I mean I know all characters from these events already via their personal quests or big Mímisbrunnr's Loop event, but that was what feels like years ago now so, yeah, I'll save these events for later.
