When the "director's cut" version (Substance) was released, all territories received identical cover art that gave both Snake and Raiden equal billing. Only Japan received the colossal box set, though.

The premium edition of MGS2 had two different box arts for the game. One I think was identical to the standalone one, the other, different. I got the different one.
