Good sources of fiber?

I'm having problems...in the bathroom and I need to know which foods are the best when dealing with this problem.
 
I found a great deal, and now my problems are no more.

Just take Metamucil, or Psyillium Husk Powder. Drink a cup every morning and you will be fine. In fact, it is healthy to take Metamucil to make sure you are regular. A backed up colon is a very bad thing. :)
 
Normally people eat fruits & veggies and don't have to take "extra" fiber.

But if you're mostly eating highly processed foods, then get the fiber any way you can.
 
Don't take metamucil consistently as at will eventually F up your intestines. Try eating oatmeal for breakfast and cut out the greasy foods. Any sort of ruffage will do as well.

Actually, I had heard that too from friends but I researched it and there has been no evidence that long term use of Metamucil, or any other fiber supplement that consists of Psyillium Husks is harmful for you. Pysillium Husks are very easy on your system. All they do is provide bulkage. It is a very healthy habit to get into (taking Psyillium everyday).

I had an issue with taking Metamucil consistently. That stuff acts as a stimulant to the intestine so long term usage cannot be good for you. I had a doctor tell me the same thing. In either case, you probably don't want to drink that stuff everyday anyways.

Put spinach, brocoli, onions, peppers, crushed red pepper, garlic, prego, and whole wheat pasta on a skillet. It tastes good, it's healty, and that should get you shitting.
