It actually didn't seem dangerous at all. It was quite enjoyable.

No different really then hopping on a sled (or what many of you would call a "snowmachine"), tieing a rope behind it, grabbing a plastic saucer, then go blasting across a wide open lake at some insane speed. Hell, I've been people do it with snowboards, heh.

Hehe, i remember doing these sort of things often in high school, as soon as we got our permit anyway, except we attached a cord and its handle, just like nautical ski and we snowboarded in the streets with a not so expensive snowboard that we didnt mind scrapping

Fun as hell, especially when there's huge snow banks in the middle, thats your jump right there, better watch out for trees in the middle though, you have the cord to keep in mind

Haha, that's cool, but in high school my friends and I found a huge cardboard box, punched holes in it and tied it on top of a friend's car with some rope, and took turns riding around Atlanta on top of his car in a cardboard box.
